Fulfilment, essentially, is picking, packing and preparing items for delivery. But that doesn't  mean it's simple.

Clearly fulfilment is the penultimate action that puts your product or information into your customers’ hands; so this action must also fulfil your customers’ expectations. As we see it, fulfilment must reflect the values of your organisation. So your POS pack or products must arrive on time and undamaged.

Our experience shows that whilst good systems are necessary for tracking and stock control, it is team effort and operator attitude that gets things delivered properly. Additionally we have tailor-made systems for processing and dispatching spares and accessories. This can include order processing, payments and accounting.

We live in the solution, not the problem.
